How we coordinate deliveries, physical setup, and interstate transit across Nigeria.

1. Overview of Delivery Logistics

Because After the Tone guestbooks are premium vintage hardware rentals, we handle shipping and delivery via safe, dedicated logistics partners rather than standard retail channels. We serve clients both in Abuja and across all other states in Nigeria.

2. Abuja Delivery Zone

All clients residing or hosting events within the Abuja metropolis are eligible for Free Delivery on our systems.

  • The Keepsake & Heirloom Packages: Our team coordinates delivery, full aesthetic setup, testing, and retrieval directly with your venue or wedding planner.
  • The Voicemail (Basic) Package: We deliver the pre-configured telephone setup directly to your specified location 1–2 days prior to your celebration, or on the morning of.

3. Nationwide State-to-State Logistics

We routinely deliver our vintage audio stations to other states nationwide outside Abuja (Lagos, Port Harcourt, Kano, Kaduna, Enugu, etc.).

  • We coordinate shipping via reliable express courier partners (e.g., GIG Logistics, DHL, or our private interstate transit system).
  • Timing: For interstate events, packages are dispatched early enough to reach your destination state at least 2 to 3 days before your event date.
  • Courier Tracking: Once dispatched, we issue standard waybill details so you can coordinate with your event planner on the ground.

4. On-Site Attendants

For the **Keepsake** and **Heirloom** packages, our trained on-site attendant will accompany the delivery team, remaining present at the station during your booked hours to ensure smooth operation and help guide your guests.
